Welcome to Coach Brink's Environmental Science and World Geography class! Students and parents, please join my Remind 101 by texting @3774f9 to 81010. This week we will continue to bring everyone up to speed on how this blended course works. (2 for the price of 1!) The syllabus will be sent out and I will continue to get introduced to students and parents! We will be learning out the Scientific Method and practicing lab safety, begin our Read Like a Rockstar process, develop our map skills, begin exploring biodiversity, and create our first real world map.
This week is all about reviewing for the final exam. There will be an amnesty assignment on Tuesday to replace a low test or quiz grade. The rest of the week will be spent on study guides and review games. Students and Parents please be aware of course extension for students with a 74 or lower who have between a 60-69 after the final exam. Registration forms will be sent home with students at risk of failing on Tuesday. Please refer to emails and calls in the past month to know if your child is at risk. Please check Synergy as well.
